When I went by my local firehouse after September 11th to pay my respects and broke down - it was Bobby who threw an arm over my shoulder and said "Hey, you're supposed to be comforting me." Robert Beddia had a good smile and a way with words. A lot of people, including myself, are really going to miss him. I originally made this homage to him back 2003 - but now it counts for more than ever.
Thank you for such a touching tribute to Bobby. I am just catching up on all the wonderful stories out there about my brother. He was always a strong and kind person. He is missed...every day!

I'm very sorry to hear of Mr. Beddia's passing. Though I didn't know him, my heart grieves at the loss of such a tremendous individual.
